All fence and gate installation, replacement, and repair work is subject to the terms of your written estimate, proposal, or contract, which may include details on scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, warranties, change orders, and cancellation. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls for that project.

Property Lines, Permits & HOA Rules

Property owners are responsible for confirming property lines, easements, setbacks, and HOA requirements, and for obtaining any required HOA approvals, unless otherwise stated in writing. We are happy to help you understand common requirements, and we can recommend a professional survey when a boundary is uncertain.

Permit and code requirements vary by city and project. Responsibility for obtaining permits will be described in your written agreement. Before digging, underground utilities will be located as required by law, but private underground lines, such as sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, or private electrical and gas lines, may not be marked by utility locating services. Please tell us about any private lines on your property.

Photos, Reviews & Content You Submit

If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use it to respond to your request and to provide services. We will ask for your permission before publicly using photos of your property or your review in our marketing, unless you have already agreed in writing.
